Conception (Adaptation technology for climate change mitigation)  Research & develop a pilot for production of drinking water which can be supply for household during flooding episodes.  The cleaning technology used for pilot construction should be robust, fast, highly flexible, respond to many different types of pollutants present at variable concentrations.  Also, it can be applicable at different scales, and be energy and cost efficient. 10
