Brand- Pioneering media for new IMUNC We’re taking a fresh Keepin’ spin on the traditional it fresh Press Corps and making it original Unorthodox, offbeat? Unique IMUNC Media is practices definitely different – but in a good way.

What do we do?
Media Team O Delegates all have their own groups Ø Representing different news agencies Ø A Media Team Staff will be attached to each group O Delegates will use video recording devices to shoot and record their own news reports within their groups and edit them in the computer labs O You have the freedom to interview members of the secretariat, committee chairs, delegates and even political actors to add to the content of your reports. ¡
News reports O Delegates will be representing 5 news agencies O Spans a variety of represented countries O Each news agency will be comprised of a group of four members, who are expected to adhere strictly to the point of view of their assigned news agencies in all their news reports. ¡

How are we going to do it?
Standard of Procedure [Video] Requirements Video style Length: ~ 5 minutes Recap of events Format: .mov/.mp4 .m4v/. Advertisement avi/.mkv (HD recommended) Interview with IMUNC staff (esp. PolAct) No external assistance Clear script Everyone should play an equal role Flows nicely
Standard of Procedure [Video] O There should be evidence of the use of appropriate camera angles, lighting, special effects, cuts and transitions, and neatness of editing will be considered.
Standard of Procedure [Filming] • Bring your own devices! • Filming is permitted in all areas of the Video recording: school except within council rooms and other important venues • Storyboard sheets Conceptualisation • Provided by us of videos • To be done at the start of each day • Available only upon request with Interview Requisition form • Obtain from Piramol Interviews • Purpose and time of interview must be stated • Maximum duration of interview: 20 minutes • Form must be signed by Staff Team member
Standard of Procedure [Filming] • Done in the Mac Lab ( Computer Lab A25) • Using iMovie/your own video editing Editing software • All editing is to be done within the school from 9am to 3.30pm • Conducted in the Mac Lab Pre-production/ (Computer Lab A25) à aka our Post-production base • Final products of each day to be submitted to Piramol/Jeria by 3.30pm Submission • Videos will be assessed • All videos will be presented to the conference at the end of each day
