Topic 1 An extended induction period with QTS awarded at the end • Should we move the award of QTS from the end of ITT to the end of the induction period, after a period of sustained practice? • Should we extending the induction period for teachers from 1 year to 2 years? • What should the title of the award at the end of ITT be called?
