Intelligent Operation Center Concept City Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) : A place where supervisors & coordinators for domains directly related to urban acivities like Traffics, Public safety, Emergencies… to work toghether in a cooperative manner , using advanced ICT technologies to effectively perform basic functions of IOC: 1. Real time monitoring of urban activities directly related to social life via surveillance camera & IoT sensors networks, giving timely alerts about potential incidents. 2.
