Project History Crockett County San Angelo TxDOT  Requested access to Chandlerdale  Federal regulations precluded using West via IH10 frontage road. TxDOT funds for community benefit.  Proposed to take ownership of RR  Required monetary investment from 1973 and FM 1964 in exchange for the local community (Crockett TxDOT project.
