Low density Resorts & open-air natural environment Our Resorts, on average, cover more o than 50 acres (that’s about 38 football fields !), with low-rise architecture (less than 3 floors) Resorts are integrated in and respectful o of the surrounding natural environment. Resorts will operate with capped o capacity of 65% to enable social distancing and space – creating a sense of privacy and freedom that high-rise towers or cruises do not provide.

Airport Transfers Making sure you travel safely Social distancing from the moment we pick up o our G.Ms at the airport. Vehicle capacities will be reduced to ensure the o necessary social distancing. Fewer clients in each transfer >> more privacy Hand Sanitizers available in all transfer o Transport providers will sanitize vehicles after o each trip

Housekeeping in Guestrooms Making sure you sleep safely New enhanced process for linen cleaning - including o systematic washing above 75°C / 170°F A full sanitizing of all guestrooms after each departure. o Masks and gloves worn by housekeeping and maintenance o teams prior to entering any guest rooms. Reinforced sanitization on major contact points : o + Railing, terrace furniture and glazing.
Restaurants & Bars Making sure you sip & savor safely Limited capacity in all restaurants – allowing for o more distance in between tables. Increased opening hours to offer more dining o flexibility. Expanded outdoor dining areas to take advantage of o the large resort spaces, allowing for privacy and social distancing Adapted food offerings, focused on single plated o dishes and custom preparation. Allowing our culinary team to showcase their creativity and present beautiful dishes inspired by local culture and flavors!
Children’s Supervision* Taking care of your little ones Children will be accompanied by one parent for o pick-up and drop-off. Temperature checks of each child.
