SUCCESSES (5 Year History) • Corporate Safety Manual – 2009- Originally 37 sections – 2014- 53 Sections, 27 sections revised, some multiple times • Program/Policy Successes – Crisis Response – Hazcom- 3Eonline – Safety and Health Training- about 2,000 employees seated in 2014 – Short-Service and Employee Competency – Subcontractor Mgt. (Pre-qualification and Safe Starts) – Backing Policy ($150K per year prior to) – Hazard Assessment Program (JSA)

SUCCESSES (5 Year History) • Program/Policy Successes – Leadership Site Visits – Regionalization of HSE Staff – Nurse Case Management – Physical Capacity Screening for Trades- New Hires – Fleet- Real-Time Monitoring of Driving Records (IIX) – Classification of Operators and Operator Training – Peer Audit from Sister Companies – Safety Performance Reviews
