  7. NICE Quality Standards Designed to drive quality NICE improvements across a pathway of Quality care. Standards A set of specific, concise statements and associated measures that:  act as markers of high-quality, Guidance and Key policy cost-effective care documents  are derived from the best available evidence  are produced collaboratively Audit evidence of the variation in care with NHS and social care professionals, along with their partners and service users.
