Purpose of Housing Projects • To provide supportive and affordable housing for homeless and low-income families with students attending Spokane Public Schools Note: Catholic Charities and Community Frameworks are applying for a Department of Commerce grant to assist with funding the projects

Catholic Charities – Gonzaga Haven Housing Project • 72-96 unit family housing − Purchase of land and relocation of SPS warehouse required for 96 units • Referrals from Rising Strong • On-site services to meet family needs − Gonzaga University − Gonzaga Preparatory − Healthcare − Family counseling − Peer support • Anticipated opening September 2021
Community Frameworks – Sinto Commons Housing Project • 47 unit, 4 story family housing • “Transitions” will be family service provider • Community Frameworks will be developer/owner/operator • Anticipated opening – September 2021
