Every staff can access MIB to suggest ideas for school E mpower improvement and made known the innovations they have carried out. Target set: At least 4 suggestions with at least 2 A ction suggestions implemented. K nowledge Shared good ideas and innovations at Staff Meetings, Potpourri Session, Professional Development Hour, Email Notifications and at Cluster level (Best Suggestion of the Month)

Workflow for MIB Submission (Riverside Sec / N5 Cluster ) Staff to enter suggestions into MOE IDEAS Bank (Jan to Oct) School Coordinator (Principal) to review and reward the suggestions SEC Chairperson (Principal) to nominate a By 10 th of each month Best Suggestion of the Month/Year (system cut-off-date) for her school in MOE IDEAS Bank SEC Chairperson (Administrative Manager) to score the By 25 th of nominated Best Suggestion of the Month/Year from other schools in the cluster for each month Best Cluster Suggestion award By 30 th of each Cluster Evaluator to award Best Cluster Suggestion of the month Month/Year in MOE IDEAS Bank, and inform AMs of result

Investigative Journalism - "Is Healthcare in Singapore Affordable Engaging Students (Social Studies Lesson) • Secondary 3 students worked in groups of 6-8 to create a video in the style of a news feature. • Students took on the role of reporters and acted as interviewees to offer a variety of perspectives and experiences with Singapore's healthcare system as well as an analysis/round-up of all the interviews to conclude whether healthcare in Singapore is affordable .

Student Heads and Deputy Heads of CCAs spearheaded school improvement Display of completed projects on noticeboard K nowledge Sharing and discussion at Student Leaders’ Forums. Campus ChangeMaker Investiture Combined Campus ChangeMaker training camp with other schools
