Safety Corners • Every Site has one (if not more) • Can be 50m2 or 5m2 • Every employee supported by their location, globally, must visit their safety corner at least once a quarter • There is a minimum standard of what it must have within it. • Ebrochure training and RADAR events are started here • Can be mobile 9

Ebrochure training • Four topics per year communicated globally to every employee in their local safety corners • Ebrochure is topical and contains real GKN incidents • Produced in 26 languages (including hand-outs and posters) • NAPO is used to support message • All sites use DCS to confirm their percentage completion • Non negotiable – mandatory requirement but sites enjoy doing it 10
