Beaconsfield Park Playground Renewal  Invitation to Tender posted on July 22, 2020.  Construction to start in September.  Expected completion December 2020.  Playground features; New swings, spinners, slides, trampolines, a climbing net, a wooden play hut Current state of Beaconsfield Park 2

Montgomery Park Project Montgomery Park Request for Proposals  Invitation to Tender posted on July 20, 2020.  Upgrades include installation of new irrigation and drainage systems which will expand the playfield area by more than 50%.  New field will feature four baseball diamonds; can accommodate a variety of field sports.  Construction is targeted to begin this fall.  Completion is expected by August 2021. 3

New Point-of-Sale Solution  Successfully launched in early July at nine (9) Park Board concessions: Second Beach, Stanley Park Info Booth, Lumberman’s Arch, Spanish Banks East & West, Locarno Beach, Jericho Beach, Kitsilano Pool and Sunset Beach.  Allows operators to process orders quicker and more efficiently:  Improves customer service  PCI compliant  Has the ability to better communicate with our existing financial and inventory control systems. 4

Stanley Park Restaurant and Brewpub  One year anniversary of SP Restaurant and Brewpub this week.  Series of “backyard - themed” events featuring yoga, picnic dining experiences and acoustic music scheduled to take place between July 29 and August 2. 5
