Position Description Event Presentation Manager Department Venues & Operations Manager General Manager, Venues & Operations Position The Event Presentation Manager will oversee the coordination of Event Summary Presentation for both the Women’s and Men’s World T20 Tournaments. This role will require management and coordination of the Event Presentation contractor and will be responsible for working with the ICC and other key stakeholders to ensure that Tournament attendees are engaged within and beyond the game. The Event Presentation Manager will ensure the delivery of the best possible match day experience through outstanding fan engagement and entertainment experiences. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the ICC to engage an appropriate Event Presentation contractor for the • Tournament • Work with the ICC and LOC departments in leading cross-functional planning for Event Presentation for the Tournament Work with the Event Presentation Contractor, ICC, internal LOC staff to engage the fan through • the delivery of the best possible match day experience Lead the collaboration with key stakeholders to look at innovative ways to develop at match • entertainment and enhance fan engagement • Develop strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships with the ICC, commercial partners and the LOC marketing team Collaboration with the cricket operations and match delivery teams to coordinate purposeful • and suitable event presentation elements. Ensure that the Event Presentation plan complies with ICC International playing conditions • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver a creative, fun and engaging on and off field • activities program that offers value for commercial partners • Develop and deliver a world class Event Presentation Program on-field and across multiple LED platforms that is inventive, crowd engaging and informative

Duties under Workplace Health and Safety Requirements It’s your duty to comply with WT20 ’s policies and procedures which are designed to protect your health and safety at work. As part of this duty, you must comply with all reasonable instructions from managers or WHS representatives in relation to health and safety issues at work. This means participating in workplace health and safety training and consultation, cooperating with WT20 procedures as required to ensure compliance with the law and reporting any incidents/near misses. Key Position Requirements Essential At least 5 – 7 years ’ experience in event presentation within cricket or a major events context • Proven communication and presentation skills. • • Relationship building skills – enjoy engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders, with proven ability to influence Team player, receptive to design critique and able to take feedback from multiple sources and • incorporate it into cohesive creative assets Demonstrated ability to think outside the box, be innovative and creative • Strong experience with brand integration, content creation, and customer engagement with • regard to the in-venue experience and production Capable of working under pressure with multiple priorities without compromising the required • deliverables Be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail • Demonstrate proven experience managing large and diverse teams in high pressure • environments with the ability to problem solve in a calm and considered manner Show that you are highly driven and have the passion for outstanding event delivery and fan • engagement.
