Weekly contracted hours Working hours vary from person to person. Some work 5 days with shorter hours, some Female Consultants Male Consultants work 3 days a week, and others work varying 323.3 Hours 355.5 Hours 48% hours on different days. 52% Working hours also vary depending on work case load and home life.
Working patterns do not remain static. Our consultants’ working hours evolve as life circumstances change. Work-Life At present, 55% of our consultants have Balance children under age 11, thus the majority are balancing young families and work. It is essential that lines of communication are kept open.
The Key The key to achieving gender balance is flexibility. It’s not about a policy, it’s a culture.
