Predators of the gambel quail • The predators of a gambel quail are bobcats, the gila mobster, and foxes. A lot of humans are a predator of the quail by killing the quail just for a fun sport and moving into their habitat.
What is a gambel quail?? A gambel is a mammal. It has reddish-brown patterns . Females have brown or tan patterns. It also has wings. It eats Insects, seeds, grass and shrubs. Their feathers make the quail blend into its home or on the ground. They are 8 to 12 inches long. It weighs about 8 ounces.
Human impacting People have killed it just for a sport. Other people destroy their homes and they have no where to live.
The Habitat The habitat of a gambel quail is the country. You can find them in nice warm places you can find it in California, Arizona, and Mexico. It sometimes extends into New Mexico and Utah.
