  4. 4 ACTIONS Shelter Lockout Lockdown Evacuate

  5. LOCKOUT! Secure the Perimeter

  6. LOCKDOWN! Locks, Lights, Out of Sight.

  7. EVACUATE! To a Location

  8. SHELTER! For a Hazard Using a Safety Strategy

  9. WHY LOCKDOWN? Something dangerous inside the building

  10. LOCKDOWN! Locks, Lights, Out of Sight.

  11. STUDENTS Stay out of sight of the corridor window

  12. STUDENTS Be silent

  13. STUDENTS Do not open the door for anyone

  14. DISCUSSION: Difference between lockout & lockdown?

  15. DISCUSSION: What if you’re outside?

  16. DISCUSSION: What if there’s no teacher?

  17. DISCUSSION: What if you’re in the hallway?
