Arthecity is a platform for performing artists mobility to allow free use of public spaces and encourage a welcoming policy to all urban arts

Policy In order to access the network, administrations shall agree to sign a political agreement: the Charter of Street Arts and Contemporary Circus Friendly Cities
THE AGREEMENT AIMS TO ENSURE A CONTINUOUS DIALOGUE BETWEEN ADMINISTRATIONS, ARTISTS AND CITIZENS TOWARDS a shared definition of parameters for of urban spaces use a creation of rewarding mechanism for urban regeneration actions through street art a direct involvement of artists and citizens into the definition of local cultural policies strengthening representative organizations and promoters of artistic events an implementation of audience's role for an active citizenship

Tool #1 A WEB PLATFORM A responsive, fully customizable, platform to allow territory management and to directly interact in public spaces, respecting local regulation
Tool #2 A WEB APP A light and easy app for smartphones and tablets that is a tool both for direct action in public spaces and for active involvement of citizens in taking care of their sites
WHAT ARE WE SEEKING FOR Partners towards the forthcoming presentation of an European project ... better if under the aegis of Circostrada network (in the role of external validator or evaluation and implementation scientific committee)
