Cold Applied Sealing Kits Each seal is re-accessible and allow easy and fast • installation of any cable even when other cables are pre-installed in the same port. Whatever the construction of the cable is, all • sealing kits allow to terminate either the aramid yarns or the strength member in order to provide a good resistance to accidental forces. Depending on the size of the cable, each sealing • kit permits the entrance of one or more cables in the same port even in different sequences. The sealing (IEC529 and IP68) in all circumstances • is always guaranteed.

Heat Shrinkable sealing kits The sealing kits consist of heat shrinkable tubing • made from high performance cross linked polyolefin coated internally with hot melt adhesive to give high mechanical and environmental protection. When heated with a standard gas torch, or similar • heat source, the tubing shrinks to follow the shape of the outlets and cables to be protected. The hot melt adhesives or sealant flows to fill any • cavities or surfaces to guarantee IP68 level of protection. Inside every kit are all the components to prepare and terminate all type of cables with different constructions

IEC 529, IP68 • Use with FOCUS-SAM and FOCUS-HD modules and/or passive device sub- assemblies. • Equipped for all cable termination and sealing requirements. • One or two oval entry ports for looped (uncut) cable • Six, eight or eighteen round ports for drop cables entry/exit • Uncut loose buffer tube storage space is available between the two stacks. Trays flip up and stay in position (no need for tray wedge) • Cold seals have the same sealing performance as heat shrink • Fibers cross in tray (not in groove) to increase installer friendliness • Easy guiding system for cable tubes • High-Density trays increase capacity • Standard delivered with valve •
