Outside scholarships Private scholarships will be listed as a credit on the bill only after the scholarship money has been received by the college. You may use the scholarship as a deduction by providing a letter from the awarding agency stating the amount of the scholarship.

RELEASE OF INFORMATION Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) FERPA is a federal law which is designed to protect the privacy of and limit access to the educational records of students. Students need to fill out the Voluntary Student Consent to Release Financial Information Form , located at the Student Account Office in Erwin 106.
