(Kumar will pause). Etc… Conclusion: HEALTH MINISTER: Some countries have legalized bribery if the circumstances warrant it for safety of life and limb. X: However there is a need to innovate and to appeal to the senses of the leaders to draw their attention away from money but towards humanitarian benefits and career benefits.
