  17. We propose to move the toilet block to a centralized location on the 1 st floor. This allows for the following: • Ease of access from all areas on the 1 st floor • Each space can be used separately without impeding access to WC • Allows for more floor space to be given to the dining and new members bar area. • Accessible WC incorporated into overall WC block, satisfying accessible WC regulations. • New WC block pricing includes all new plumbing, radiators Men’s WC conceptual Women’s WC conceptual and extract and drainage systems.
