Current Research: Virginia Tiered System of Supports (VTSS) “...an active, interactive, dynamic, and ongoing process in which family members and key stakeholders engage as equal partners in decision-making, planning, and implementation to support children and adolescents across settings .” 4

School Improvement Plans Bethel Manor Elementary – By June 2018, each grade level will implement one school level family engagement event to increase family participation and knowledge of current BMES academic expectations, ways to help at home, and how parents can become more involved in the academic setting. 7
