What is the Holyoke Family Resource Center? “The FRC is a safe place April 10, 2013 – Community Conversation held with the Department where all families learn of Children and Families and families in the community. Vote held by providers and support each other and families to proceed with pilot to build and participate in Family Resource Center programs and services August, 2013 - Family Resource Center that foster strong and fully staffed healthy families ”. October 7, 2013 - Family Resource Center officially opens July, 2014 - State announces procurement for Family Resource Centers September, 2014 - Proposal to formally become Family Resource Center submitted
