Confirmation of OE actions Employees can confirm OE action once a day, only. ● Employees view their OE enrollments by logging in to UCPath ● and viewing their Benefits Summary page using January 1, 2021 as the effective date. Employees will receive a Submission Statement after each OE ● event submission. Final OE Confirmation Statements will be emailed by ● 12/07/2020.
Newly Hired Employees ● OE Packets will be mailed to the following new employees: ● New Hires after October 2 and before OE begins ● New Hire Benefit Enrollment between October 29 and November 24, 2020 ● New Hire Benefit Enrollment between November 25 and December 31, 2020. Specific instructions for FSA.
Employees on a Leave of Absence • Employees on Paid Leave: • Elections available via Self Service in UCPath and may make changes to all open benefits during OE. • Employees on Unpaid Leave: • Elections not available via Self Service portal. • Employees on unpaid leave as of 10/2/20 will receive a letter (via USPS) from UCPath with options for Open Enrollment including a paper enrollment, if applicable. Forms can be emailed, faxed, or mailed. All employees on leave will receive a notice from HR/UCSB Leave Administration with directions and links.
