Since it is the children’s job to carry water all day, they do not have time to go to school . This is their job so they don’t have time to go to school. They have very little time to play. Water.org
People need money to get access to water in their homes – Water.org to run pipes or get a rain barrel.
Then the children would not have to carry water all day. They would have time to go to school and to play. Water.org 13
We can help – give the gift of safe water! • Donate money to Water.org or other organizations to help give people loans for water and toilets. • Have a bake sale or a lemonade stand to raise money. • Make posters to educate people. • When we get older we can volunteer to go around the world and help people get water. • Be thankful for the water we have every day!
