Our Story Full Kitchen EDITORY Perfect for Seminars or Private Parties The EDITORY was created as a place to enhance connections, increase creativity and promote our customer’s events. Accessible EDITORY holds events that improve planning skills by holding various workshops and team building exercises. Competitively priced and conveniently located less than one minute walk from Jimbocho Station. Many people use EDITORY as a workshop room, a team building space, quiet study area or as a venue for exhibitions and seminars. EDITORY furniture is durable yet light, allowing you to easily arrange your own layout according to the needs of your event. With a total of 60 chairs and 12 tables the seating options are completely up to you. It is possible to hold a seminar with a mix of seating and standing while your attendees enjoy light snacks and beverages. The EDITORY Kitchen enhances the feeling of creativity. The long table in front of the kitchen makes it possible to hold various food events such as cooking classes for your team or food tastings for your guests.

Terms of Service ■ Precautions of use • In case of using the event space area for the first time, we require a copy of your event schedule and activities either by email, phone, or in person. • Event space area is available from 08: 00 ~ 23: 00, this includes the time needed for entering and exiting the premises. • The minimum hours for renting the event space area is 3 hours. • An extension fee will be charged for every 15 minutes that the event runs over * Extension fee = ending event time’s hourly rate / 4 • Please be punctual on the day of your event. • If you would like to deliver equipment the day before your event, please contact Editory at least 24 hours in advance to schedule the necessary arrangements. We are unable to accept equipment that has not been declared/registered with our staff. • We can not accept equipment on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, so please be sure to deliver it during business hours 10:30 - 19:30 on weekdays. • Since we can not take responsibility for any damage to your equipment, please be sure to ask the delivery company to be careful with your equipment and/or purchase delivery insurance if necessary. • If the amount of equipment to be stored is 5 pieces or more, a charge of ¥350 (tax included) per piece of equipment will be applied. • Payment can be made in the form of cash on the day of the event or via credit card payment on the Editory website. • We do not provide lighting equipment for photography shoots, please be prepared to bring your own lighting/shooting equipment. • It is okay to bring your own food and drinks however, we do not provide plates, glasses and cups. Please bring your own plates, glasses and cups. ■ Garbage Fee / Cleaning • In case of disposing of garbage at our company, there are 4 types of permitted garbage: burnable garbage / bottles / cans / cardboard • For each type of trash bag there is a garbage removal fee of ¥350 per bag (tax included). Payment must be remitted at the conclusion of your event. • Please return all used dishes and cookware to the original place after washing. • Regarding the restoration of the event space area to be put back to the original state, the staff will check it. ■ Audio • You can use the headphone jack to play music from the provided Yamaha speaker. • Because there is no soundproofing equipment, we kindly ask to keep the volume down so that neighbor’s businesses will not be inconvenienced. ■ Smoking • All rooms are non-smoking. So, please smoke in the park near EDITORY and make sure to smoke in the designated smoking area. ■ Cancellation Policy • In the event of cancellation, please contact EDITORY directly via telephone at 03-3263-0202 • In addition, the provisional reservation period is 7 days. 【 Cancellation Charges 】 ( 1 ) After the booking is confirmed, all cancellations received 31 days before the booked date: 30% of total amount ( 2 ) Cancellations received 30 days to 15 days before the booked date: 50% of the total amount will be ( 3 ) Cancellations received 14 days before until the day of use: 100% of the total amount
Terms of Service (continued) ■ Prohibited Items When using EDITORY event space we kindly ask to prohibit the acts and actions as specified below: • Using goods that cause problems with food hygiene. • Bringing in any food that causes bad smells or food with a strong spicy smell. • Bring in any goods that may damage the equipment and furniture. • Using dangerous goods stipulated by laws and ordinances such as firearms and others. • Acts that involve loud sounds such as music live. • Using nails, screws, etc in the wall, floor or ceiling. • Acts that involve violation of laws and statutes. • Acts that involve contrary to social norms and public order and morals. • Acts that interfere with our services and advertisements. • Actions that cause inconvenience to surrounding residents (loud noise, making noise, etc.) at night time. • Acts that involve stay near the building or on the road after the event. • Any other action that EDITORY considers inappropriate. ■ Parking • Paid parking is available for up to 3 cars directly across the street from EDITORY • For car parking when loading / unloading equipment, please use the paid car parking located across from the EDITORY building. ■ Disclaimer When using the EDITORY event space we can not assume any responsibility for the following contents, the following conditions are agreed upon by the renter at the time of use: • Loss of equipment and furniture and cooking utensils: - If the renter loses or damages EDITORY equipment / furniture in the event space, the renter will be required to replace. - The amount of reimbursement shall be equal to the cost of new equipment or the cost of repair, if possible. • EDITORY is not responsible for damages incurred to the customers items or equipment from unexpected fires, theft, damage etc. • The renter is responsible for food safety. EDITORY is not responsible for improperly prepared food including, but not limited to, the mishandling of food resulting in illness.
