Stoller Corporation – a midsized nuclear-based environmental clean-up and waste management firm – reports through NNS operating division ◦ 2015 – HII merges Stoller with existing subsidiary Newport News Nuclear (owner of SRS M&O) to form SN3 ◦ 2016 – HII purchases Camber Corporation, a midsized defense contractor with strengths in cyber ops, systems engineering support, logistics management, and business and program support services ◦ 2017 – HII stands up a third operating division, HII Technical Solutions, to consolidate “services” subsidiaries
