Executive Summary Objective : Our objective is to obtain 50% of the funds needed to complete the 2 nd of our Radiant Retreat properties, Radiant Retreats resort in JandaBaik. This amounts to RM1.8 million. Company : Radiant Retreats is a hospitality chain of boutique home stays and resorts targeted at the healthcare traveler and the wellness traveler. Radiant Retreats Shah Alam (homestay) will be running by December 2012, JandaBaik (resort) by June 2013, Iskandar (homestay) by June 2014 and Mersing (resort) by June 2015. Product / Service : Radiant Retreats pairs up with specialists in the leading private hospitals in Malaysia, to provide healthcare travelers with end-to-end service, including consultation, hosting, surgery, recuperation, aesthetics and wellness programs. Our resorts also have secondary targets of corporate and family events.

5) Tours and the JandaBaik Cottage Industry • Our advantage is an unrivalled, detailed knowledge and passion for JandaBaik. • We aim to help turn JandaBaik into a charming region for cottage industries leveraging nature and heritage, ala Margaret River in Australia. E.g. – Organic fruits and vegetables – Dried fruits, preserves and spices – Local sweets and kerepeks – Local handicrafts – Locally made spa and beauty products • Visitors to the region either self- drive, including a stop at Radiant Retreat’s Sofi-Sofi Shop , or join a Radiant Retreats Tour of JandaBaik’s cottage industries. • Radiant Retreat’s Tours also offers multiple tours for in-house guests as well as guests staying at nearby resorts, including to: – The Elephant Sanctuary – Bukit Tinggi and Colmar Tropicale – Genting Highlands – Forest reserves, waterfalls and hiking trails in the area. – The National Zoo, when it opens in JandaBaik.

Market – Health Travel • The Healthcare Travel market is Radiant Retreats’ largest target market. • The Healthcare Travel industry is the single fastest growing industry in Malaysia according to Pemandu, having grown 18% between 2010 and 2011. • Malaysia’s healthcare tourist arrivals exceed 500,000 a year, with arrivals from UK, US, China/HK and Australia growing the fastest (>40% per annum). • Malaysia is the leading healthcare travel destination among UK citizens (www.yoursurgeryabroad.com) The Malaysian government is extremely serious about growing healthcare travel, as seen in its • NKEAs, and through the establishment and activities of the MHTC (Malaysia Health Travel Council). • Almost all large private hospitals in Malaysia have healthcare tourism as a key strategy focus for the next 5 years, including KPJ, Prince Court, Sime Darby, Pantai.
