The Elos Institute has 16 years of experience in training and community mobilization with proven results in different contexts in Brazil and in the world

And 10 years of spreading the work internationally, since 2011 with the Holland based Elos Foundation, building a bottom-up network of practioners worldwide.

It has a philosophy and a way of acting Recognized worldwide for over 10 years

OASIS GAME We have consolidated long-term significant cases of short time with social challenges in impacting solutions to programs and created ARMAS OASIS IN SEM GUERREIROS EMPREENDEDORAS COMUNIDADES DEVELOPMENT LEADERSHIP SCHOOLS transformation.

We build our credibility daily with a network of 450 youth transformers spread over 43 countries of the world; we have over 20 renowned customers and already impacted more than 100,000 people around the world. We have 6 permanent partners in Santos.

We have started projects in more than 200 communities who have received some work based on the philosophy. We created social technologies like the Oasis Game, awarded by Bank of Brazil Foundation, and a Community Games platform.
