Commercialization Experience List of selected finished and ongoing commercialization projects at Eliava Institute • Project : Creation of phage preparations against the infections caused by the S S. a aureus and P. P.aeruginosa bacterial strains ( ISTC G G51 510) 0) • Status : Staphylococcal bacteriophage ( Now it is produced by “Eliava Biopreparations” LTD; The Preparation has been studied in detail under the project) • Project : The micro flora of infection processes of chronic prostates and the opportunities of phage therapy (ISTC G G 1369) 369) • Status : S pecific bacteriophage preparation prepared that was used in international clinical trials • Project : Defining the efficiency of use of phage therapy against the mastitis in cows and validation (BTEP 84/ 84/ISTC G-109) 09) • Status : : T reatment methodology is being used in the local (Georgia) farm. Under negotiation with the Asian countries to sell the bacteriophage preparation against mastitis in cows • Project : Creation and developing commercial prototypes for dairy products, based on the use of indigenous lactic acid bacteria (GR GRDF A A-60792 60792) • Status: The product is tested on industrial scale. Under negotiation to implement a product into the manufactory for diary products Tbilisi , 2017
