E. Y Yale A e Avenu enue W Wor ork • Anticipated start – 1 st Quarter 2018, with construction prework ahead of this effort • Construction limits extend from S. Dahlia St to S. Glencoe St • Traffic will be handled per the approved traffic control permit. Anticipating one lane open each direction • Work will be phased to limit lengths of active construction • Relocation of existing utilities will occur prior to construction • Construction on Yale Ave is anticipated to last between 4 – 6 months (once utilities are cleared)

Grape Way • Road will be closed except for resident access • Flatiron will coordinate directly with impacted residents regarding utility outages (Denver Water and sanitary services), property access (including sidewalk/driveway construction) and landscape restoration • Relocation of existing utilities will occur prior to construction • Construction on Glencoe St is anticipated to last between 4 – 6 months
