EB-3 OTHER WORKERS EB-3 CATEGORIES • Must be able to demonstrate that you possess a U.S. Professionals baccalaureate degree or foreign degree equivalent, and that a baccalaureate degree is the normal requirement for entry into the occupation. Skilled • Must be able to demonstrate at least 2 years of job experience or training. Workers • Must be performing work for which qualified workers are not available in the United States. Unskilled • Must be capable of performing unskilled labor (requiring less than 2 years training or experience), that is not of a Workers temporary or seasonal nature, for which qualified workers are not available in the United States.

EB-3 OTHER WORKERS Purpose of EB-3 Other Workers (EW) • To satisfy labor-market demand for unskilled workers in the United States, the US government offers an opportunity for eligible applicants to immigrate and work in the US under the EB-3 Immigrant Visa Program • Principal applicant may be accompanied by spouse and children below the age of 21. Accompanying family members are eligible to obtain a green card.

EB-3 OTHER WORKERS Application Process Visa fee bill from National Visa Apply for Labor Visa interview at Center (NVC) when Certificate (LC) local US Consular priority date is from US Office current Settle in the US; Department of Invitation letter Begin to work 4-6 months for all other Labor (DOL) & interview full-time for the 6-12 months for Philippines 6 months within 2 months sponsor 4 years for China Apply for I-140 Pay visa fees & Obtain from US submit DS-260 Immigrant Visa; Citizenship and to NVC – then Travel to the Immigration NVC will begin United States to Services (USCIS) visa process officially land 9-12 months OR After submitting 2 weeks DS-260 the next (premium step occurs processing) within 2 months *Above processing time is as of Dec. 2016.
