Guidance for Viewing Changes • To View Track Changes (details vary depending on version of Word, PC or Mac) – Select Final Showing Markup – Under Show Markup, select “use balloons to display changes” and “show comments” – Inserted text should be in a different color and deleted text struck through • To View The Original Document – Select Original – Note that you will see all original text, but in its moved positions – Tracking moves from the original document makes viewing the changes extremely messy

This section substantially reorganized and revised based on ONI Standards. Requirements for the grievant, executive committee, Board, Grievance Committee clarified.
