DI LONG Cu – Au PROJECT March 2009
PROJECT OVERVI EWS • Malitao - High-grade Cu massive sulphide prospect (Sampled and drilled by Philex Mining). • Dilong - Previously drilled Cu-Au porphyry (over 6,000 meters of diamond drilling) with approximately 40 million mT of 0.5% Cu and 0.5 g Au/T measured and indicated and 120 mT of 0.41% Cu and 0.35 g/t Au inferred already delineated (NB: Not NI 43-101 Compliant). Open laterally and to depth. • Taurus - Large tenement covering numerous historic high-grade Cu massive sulphide mines in Ophiolite terrane
DI LONG PROJECT OVERVI EWS 1 • 324 Hectares (EPA) - Abra Province • Previously drilled with over 6,000m of drilling in 27 holes • Previously calculated resource (Not NI 43-101 Compliant) • Measured and I ndicated: 40 mT at 0.5% Cu and 0.5 g Au/ T • I nferred: 120 mT at 0.41% Cu and 0.35g/ t Au • Open laterally and to depth • Mineralized parameters remain undefined • Immediate resource drilling proposed • Surrounded by Freeport McMoRan • PMC to acquire 100% for $400,000 over three years (1.0% NSR)
• 1970 – Copper porphyry mineralization discovered by E. Dilong Project G. Libatique who organized History Mayabo Mining Assoc. and filed 177 lode claims 1971 – Agreement signed with • W. E. Hale and Associates Mining Corporation • 1971 to 1974 – Benguet Exploration conducted mapping, geochemical sampling, I .P. geophysics and diamond drilling to establish the current “resource” • Copper mineralization was found to occur over a 2,000 m by 500 m area 1990s – Claims staked by • Damasen and optioned to Newmont – Newmont pulls out of Philippines • 2007 – Project acquired from the heirs of Damasen – Surrounding Newmont ground acquired by Freeport McMoRan
Dilong Copper-Gold Porphyry
Dilong Project Strategy • To bring the previously drilled resource into a NI 43-101 compliant resource • To drill define the boundaries of the deposit laterally and to depth • Initial Budget after EPA approval - Initial Confirmation Drill Program - $300,000 • To seek development partnerships and off-take agreements with Asian corporations
