CARO HOTEL ***** Located in the heart of the city. Caro Hotel is the first historical monument-hotel in Valencia. BALNEARIO LAS ARENAS***** Balneario Las Arenas was founded in 1898. The building still preserves the architectural beauty of the historical Las Arenas Spa. It’s an exclusive 5 -star luxury hotel. There are 236 rooms of 9 types. All the rooms are spacious and bright which provide the ideal relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a wide range of dining services. The main restaurant ‘’Brasserie Sorolla ’’ offers a subtle and varied menu without any extravagant proposals, loyal to traditional cuisine and with an exquisite presentation. The other restaurant is the Blue Pool Bar & Restaurant. This is a casual and fun concept, located next to the swimming pool. The hotel also features a large spa and a hair salon. HOTEL ONE SHOT PALACIO REINA VICTORIA 04 **** Inaugurated back in 1913, the building of One Shot Palacio Reina Victoria 04 was the first hotel in the city and also its most emblematic. The hotel uses natural materials like wood, iron and ceramic. The hotel contains 85 rooms and suites with a contemporary design. Located on the mezzanine level of the hotel is The Little Queen located. This Mediterranean restaurant serves local, seasonal and fresh products with a touch from other cultures. There is also a bar in the hotel where you can have a drink or lounge. The hotel supports emerging artists by organizing temporary photography exhibition, integrating the works within the hotel decoration.
MELIÁ V ALENCIA **** The Meliá Valencia is located in one of the most important and dynamic areas of Valencia, near the Congress Centre in the Avenida de les Corts Valencianes. All the 303 rooms in the hotel are comfortable, bright and outward facing. Meliá Valencia has a spectacular Convention Centre with 21 rooms and a capacity of 875 people. The event space is 2000m2 divided into different designer rooms. The hotel has one a la carte restaurant where they serve traditional and Mediterranean dishes. PETIT BISTRÓ SANTA BARBARA Petit Bistro Terrace is located in the heart of the city, close to Plaza de la Reina. It is situated on the rooftop of hotel Cathedral Suites Spa. Petit Bistro Terrace is one of the view rooftops in Valencia and has two open air spaces. One, the lounge area with a vertical garden, has nice sofas where you can enjoy a cocktail or other beverages. And the other area is perfect to have dinner or lunch at. Veles e Vents is a project that was founded by Heineken Spain and Group La Sucursal. Heineken Spain is one of the leading companies in the beer brewer industry in Spain and La Sucursal Group represents 25 years of history in the Valencian cuisine. They joined forces and created a project that includes Gastronomy, Culture and Education, three fundamental pillars for the society. VISIT A ORANGE GROVE If you walk through Valencia, you will see oranges all around you, but most of them are not edible. But you can visit a orange grove and get a guided tour along the quiet farm roads. Here you will discover the history of the crops and trees. Collect your own oranges in the orchard or do a tasting of derivative products such as juice, beer or liqueur.
BIKING THROUGH THE FORMER TURIA RIVER-BED The Turia River used to provide water for the growth of rice, olives and oranges. In the 1960’s the river was diverted to prevent it from flooding Valencia. The old part has been transformed into a natural park, where you can enjoy amazing cycle routes.
TRIP TO BOCAIRENT Bocairent is an hour away from the beaches and has a historic centre that is well worth a visit. There live nearly 5000 people and is a very charming small city with lots of history. Enjoy the small churches, beautiful streets and discover the restaurants.
