Dental Coordinated Care (DCC) Services DCC services available to Medicaid dental providers: • Appointment Reminders ( Helps decrease “patient no - show rate”) • Reschedule Missed Appointments • Schedule New Appointments • Transportation Assistance (For Medicaid & ARKids First A only) • Dismissal Notices (Letters refer beneficiaries to ConnectCare) Dental Coordinated Care 4

Appointment Reminders ConnectCare’s most effective service to decrease patient no-show rates is Appointment Reminders. Reminder calls are given to beneficiaries • On the business day before their dental appointment ConnectCare will follow- up on “reminded” appointments • On the business day after each dental appointment Dental Coordinated Care 5
