ANGER & PTSD Intervention • Manualised CBT - 12 sessions • Clinician training – 2 days • Psycho-ed on anger & role of PTSD in life • Anger monitoring between each session • Key triggers, perpetuators & themes • Broad range of management skills • Stress inoculation training
Unit & Individual Welfare Boards • Collaborative care in occupational domain of injured member • Process by which to involve chain of command in management of member • Defence workplace inherent risks • Unit can provide support and resources to clinicians • Clinician can prevent unnecessary stress and uninformed response from unit
