The Danish Centre of Particle Therapy – Information meeting The prequalification round – Number of prequalified turnkey contractor teams • A minimum number of 3 and a maximum number of 5 turnkey contractor teams are anticipated to be selected on the basis of the objective criteria stated in III.2.2 and III.2.3 – Submission of prequalification material • December 16, 2014, at 12.00 - 1 US B stick as well as 1 original and 5 copies in ” hard copy” . • Announcement of selected prequalified turnkey contractor teams on January 12, 2015 • Sending out of dialogue material, January 21, 2015 – Fee • Each prequalified turnkey contract team, which submits a conditional tender will receive a fee corresponding to EUR 40.000,- 26-11-2014 DCPT - Information meeting - November 26, 2014 21
