Overview • 10 days – one trainer for all trainings – 3-day initial training in August or September – 3 days of “just -in- time” PD in school year – 3 days of on-site coaching visits – 1-day reflection/planning workshop • SDLT members and District Data Liaisons • 30 Cohorts created this year – 136 schools in Year 1 • Tiered training content and cohort formation based on: – data experience – school level – location

  5. 3-Day Training • Held in August or September • 3 days, not consecutive – SDLTs will access school or district data in between sessions. • One coach for the training series • Leave with training materials • “Homework” for participants – Collecting data that’s relevant to you – Turnkey materials

  6. Your Role • Selection Process • School Data Leadership Team (SDLT) Member – Participate in 10 day training series – Outside of trainings • “Homework” • Turnkey materials • Foster culture of data use and collaboration
