Graduation Requirements 40 English credits (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th) 20 Math credits (minimum Alg1/Geometry or Integrated I & II) 30 Social Science credits (World or Euro, U.S., American Gov’t/Econ) 20 Science credits (1 year Biological & 1 year Physical) 10 Fine Art credits 5 Career Prep (CTE) credits 5 Health credits 20 Physical Education credits 70 Elective credits (Once a subject department is completed, additional credits will count in the elective category) Total Needed = 220 Credits (1 semester =5 credits)

Grades and Credit C is for College! • “D” grades = 5 credits – Credit for high school graduation only! – “D” grades don’t count for college admission. – Not given extra GPA point for honors/AP • “F” grades = 0 credits – If you fail a required graduation course you MUST make it up in summer school or the next year. Students are responsible for registering for summer school classes!
