CHELSEA WHARF MITIGATION WORKS COMPLETED Before Mitigation Works Internal Cracks External Cracks Chelsea Wharf Works Completed: • Cintec Anchors Installed connecting Southern Flank wall to the internal walls • Helefix Resin Anchors installed across the major structural cracks • Pattress Plates installed to the upper floor connecting the roof trusses to the Southern Flank Wall • Installation of beams to the Internal Staircase D. • Removal of redundant ventilation duct on external façade After Completion Mitigation Works
