Activities for Phase III • Social distancing remains at 10 Feet • Lap Swimming • Three Two swimmers/lane (APS will retain 2/lane) • Water Exercise • Water Jogging • Diving • Small Group instruction • Organized Group swim (Family Group Swim) 6

Lap Swimming • Groups of 8 (10) Swimmers • Two Swimmers per lane • Wrist bands to indicate group • Swimmers will enter from opposite sides • Lanes 1, 3, 5, 7 (East Side) • Lanes 2, 4, 6, 8 (West Side) • Sessions do not exceed 45 minutes • No Kickboards or other training aids 8

Memberships & Passes ⚫ All memberships and passes active on March 14, 2020 are frozen. ⚫ Memberships and Passes will REMAIN Frozen until reservations to swim are no longer necessary ⚫ Expiration dates will be extended for the period of the “freeze” ⚫ Members who wish to re-activated their memberships may contact Helena by phone. 12

Reservations & Admission ⚫ Swim/activity session are 45 min long ⚫ Reservations will be: ⚫ On-line using Self-Serve platform ⚫ Phone line will open for a designated time each day ⚫ Restricted to Arlington Residents and current pass/membership holders ⚫ Limited to ONE booking/day 15
Reservations (cont.) ⚫ Booking opens at 8 am the previous day ⚫ Reservation stay open until fully booked ⚫ Wait lists for specific session will be allowed ⚫ Payment is required at the time of reservation ⚫ All sales are final. NO refunds ⚫ Reservations require credit card – no contact transactions 16

Making Reservations Once you have a self-service log ⚫ in Sign on to the platform ⚫ Select a package ⚫ ⚫ Lap Swim (adult/senior) ⚫ Water Jog ⚫ Water Exercise/Walk ⚫ Senior Swim ⚫ Family Swim Select a Session from the ⚫ available schedule Go to your shopping and chart ⚫ and complete your reservation You will receive a confirmation ⚫ by email 18

Locker Rooms ⚫ Locker rooms will be OPEN for check in ⚫ Face covering is required (except when showering ⚫ 10-foot distancing must be maintained ⚫ ALL SWIMMERS MUST SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL ⚫ Lockers will not be available (take personal belongings to designated deck area ⚫ Restroom in the Family Changing Room will be available during the swim session 24
Exiting the Pool ⚫ Your will hear a whistle blow ⚫ Exit the pool and proceed to deck area to gather your belongings ⚫ Put on your face covering ⚫ Put on your “go home” clothes ⚫ Exit the pool from the deck emergency exit door 25
