Overview 2011 • Aging sound system and issues – November/December - Proposals for replacement requested – December - AVI Systems selected for vendor from competitive quotes (3 respondents) – 2012 • January - Sound system installed and configured – Maintenance, modifications, and tuning – 2013 • January - Audio filters for echo cancellation and feedback causing sound to cut out – (noise and competition for input audio or microphones) February - AVI, product manufacturer, and staff address filter issue isolating Chairman – and Podium microphones while increasing the number of active microphones in filter February - Audio issues appear to be corrected from these changes –
