Overview  Incorporated in India, One of the fastest growing ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 offshore drilling contractor  Management consists of prominent Industry leaders & professionals with excellent track record  Over 30 Years of management experience in operating Jack Up rigs in India, Key Management leadership responsible for starting the leased rig concept in India  Currently operating two 300ft Jackup rigs with ONGC on long term contract. QHSE  Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD), Offshore Regulatory Authority of India, approved QHSE management system in place in line with IADC guidelines for Offshore operations and other international benchmarked guidelines  All rigs have gone through IADC & API safety cases to ensure the safety integrity for all operations. OISD has awarded Rig “Dynamic Vision” for “Best Overall Safety Performance in Offshore Rigs category”  Well worked out bridging documents and safe practices on well barrier systems, emergency response plans and drills in place  Comprehensive Training & Competence Management in place  All safety audits are followed up by third party independent auditors and OISD auditors  Emphasis on critical safety systems like Power Management System (PMS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Fire & Gas detection systems and Life Saving systems  ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) & ISO 18001:2007 (OHSAS)

Noble Chairman Award 23 August 2011 In the Jackup category, the Noble Kenneth Delaney , working in the Middle East and India Division, completed 2010 with no serious unplanned events (average Risk Potential of “Low”) and a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.00.With the 2010 Chairman’s Award we are specifically measuring Process Safety as an award criterion. In this regard the Noble Kenneth Delaney closed out 100% of all maintenance work orders on Safety Critical Equipment.
