Administrative matters: • Need to consider the service’s information management role – Data Unit/ ALN&I Data Officer • The discussion around area offices in Gwynedd and the administrative team in Anglesey is critical • Consideration include: review meeting arrangement/ the management of forum minutes/ ensure the sharing of information/ update website information / support specific staff and managers
Human Resources matters: • A ‘ Frequently Asked Questions ’ leaflet will be available on the webpage soon • A continued opportunity to meet with a HR officer – contact: AdolygiadADYaCh@gwynedd.llyw.cymru • A series of specific 1:1 meetings arranged from Janaury 2017 onwards
Restructuring Timetable • Appoint the Leadership Team to be operational by Spring 2017 • Fill the positions on the service structure by May 31, 2017 • The new service opperational from 1 September 2017 • Gwynedd Council being the employer
