Insert Title Here Capital Roads Program • This contract is up for renewal in 2020. The two/four year contract was previously awarded to Select Engineering. • The contract will include 2020/2021 design and corresponding 2021/2022 construction management. • This contract has the potential to be extended by 2 years. • This program includes roadway renewal projects including overlays and reconstructions as well as annual laneway rehabilitations.
Insert Title Here Capital Utility Program • This contract is up for renewal in 2020. The two/four year contract was previously awarded to ISL Engineering. • The contract will include 2020/2021 design and corresponding 2021/2022 construction management. • This contract has the ability to be extended up to 2 years. • This program includes any upgrade and repairs required to the City of Leduc’s storm, sanitary and water networks. This includes mainline and lateral liners, spot repairs and replacements.
Insert Title Here Community Development Program • This contract was up for renewal in 2019. The two/four year contract has been awarded to WSP. • The current contract includes 2019/2020 design and corresponding 2020/2021 construction management. • This contract has the ability to be extended for an additional 2 years. • This program includes community driven projects such as park and recreation upgrades, multiway, trail systems, and art installations
Insert Title Here Engineering Master Plans All master plans are on a 5 year update/renewal rotation Water Master Plan Transportation Master Plan • Completion of a new Water Master Plan • Previously completed by Castleglenn Consultants in • Awarded to AECOM in 2019 2018 • Expected to be completed in 2020 • Next update is tentatively scheduled for 2023 (depending on the outcome of the 65 Avenue interchange) Sanitary Master Plan Storm Master Plan • Previously completed by Cole Engineering in 2019 • Creation of the City’s first Storm Water Master Plan • A new Sanitary master plan is to take place in 2024 • RFP expected to take place in Spring of 2020 • Expected to be completed in 2021

Insert Title Here Drawdown Wells 2020: Design and construction management for the installation of 2 Drawdown wells within Elks Park to remove chlorine leachated groundwater. 2021: Design and construction management for the installation of 2 Drawdown wells within Lede Park to remove saline leachated groundwater.
