623.04 Verification Requires coordination and communication between district survey operation manager, project engineer and construction contractors surveyor. Protection and Restoration of Property Any permanent Right-of-Way Monuments or property monuments on or • outside the Right-of-Way limits and not enclosed within a temporary easement for the project will be the Contractor’s responsibility to protect. Upon completion of the final grading replace any Right-of-Way • Monuments destroyed during or by construction activities. A quantity for replacement of Right-of-Way Monuments expected to be • destroyed that are within a temporary easement will be paid under Item 623. John R n R. 623.05 Placement, Protection and Restoration of Monuments All R/W Monuments, Monument Assemblies and Reference Monuments are to be set under the direct supervision of a Professional Surveyor licensed in the State of Ohio.
