  4. Competence: Ola Ravndal (BEng) Ola Ravndal (BEng) General Manager Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University. He has extensive experience from the Shipping and Marine industry specialising in odd tonnage for Chemical and hydrocarbon transport, including the now established shuttle tanking business. Mr. Ravndal is the inventor of the Technology and founder of the Company the Company. Ole Jørgen Engelsvoll (MSc) Chairman of the board M.Sc Econ. with special competence in international marketing. Currently working as CEO in Typhonix AS and in Rogaland KunnskapsInvest AS. He has over 10 years of experience from leadership in 30 start up in Rogaland KunnskapsInvest AS. He has over 10 years of experience from leadership in 30 start up companies from the incubator at the University of Stavanger campus. Egil Sæl (PhD) Board member and project leader PhD in engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. He has e g ee g o t e o eg a U e s ty o Sc e ce a d ec o ogy ( U) o d e e as a broad and extensive experience from both conventional- and oil industries. Over the years he has been involved in strategic work as vice president within areas such as production, refinery and gas transport. In addition to the above, Mr. Sæl has held external seats such as Head of The Norwegian Oil Industry Association, (OLF) and board member of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) Martin Sigmundstad (Msc) Advisor Director for business development in Ipark. Mr. Sigmundstad has extensive industrial experience within product development and commercialisation of spinn-off companies. In addtion, Mr. Sigmundstad has 17 years experience as manager of the technology licence department within StatoilHydro and as manager of the department for industrialisation and commercialisation.
