  2. Impacted teeth An impacted tooth is a tooth which is prevented from erupting due to crowding of teeth or from some physical barrier or an abnormal eruption path.

  3. Talon Cusp Talon cusp is an accessory cusp-like structure projecting from the tooth neck or cingulum area towards the incisal ridge of an anterior tooth

  4. Turner's Hypoplasia . A permanent tooth with a local hypoplastic defect in its crown. This defect may have been caused by the extension of a periapical infection from its deciduous predecessor or by mechanical trauma transmitted through the deciduous tooth.

  5. Dilaceration The condition is thought to be due to trauma during the period in which tooth is forming. The result is that the position of the calcified portion of the tooth is changed and the remainder of the tooth is formed at an angle.

  6. Concrescence Concrescence is a condition of teeth where the cementum overlying the roots of at least two teeth join together. The cause can sometimes be attributed to trauma or crowding of teeth

  7. ENAMEL PEARL (Enameloma) Enamel pearl, also known as enameloma, is an ectopic mass of enamel which can occur anywhere on the roots of teeth but is usually found at the furcation area of roots.

  8. HYPERCEMENTOSIS Hypercementosis is evident on a radiograph as an excessive build-up of cementum around all or part of a root of a tooth.

  9. DENS IN DENTE Dens in dente, also known as dens invaginatus, "Tooth within a tooth" is produced by an invagination of the calcified layers of a tooth into the body of the tooth.
