  2. SENIORS ACCOUNTS Fines ● All student account balances must be paid off in order to participate in any Senior Activities. (emails regarding fines went out on 4/23 & 5/10) ● Fines include but are not limited to material fees, athletic fees, textbook and library fines. ● Cash, money order, and credit/debit (3% service fee) are currently the ONLY forms of payment accepted. Your student must be cleared of fines BEFORE participating in any Senior/End of Year activities including Graduation.

  3. SENIOR ACTIVITIES Reflections Please join the Class of 2019 on Tuesday, May 28 th starting at 6:00 p.m., as we celebrate and reflect back on our last four years. There will be entertainment as well as photo opportunities. Light refreshments will be served.

  4. SENIOR CHECKOUT Senior Checkout ● Friday, May 24, 2019 ● Students will return their Chromebooks and chargers, textbooks, and clear any outstanding fines on Senior Checkout Day.

SENIOR ACTIVITIES (CONTINUED) Senior Breakfast* Senior breakfast will be held at Dave & Busters on May 29, 2019 ● Time: 8 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. ● Breakfast will be served. ● Free game card with unlimited video game play (excludes ticketed, specialty & crane games which can be accessed with the 52 chips on the game card) ● If you bought the Red Package at Orientation, then your student already has a Senior Breakfast ticket. ● Tickets are on sale through May 17, 2019 $25 w/ IFL & $30 w/o IFL ● Current 2019 FUHS ID card is their ticket in to Senior Breakfast. They must have their ID in order to gain admission. ● No students will be allowed in after 8:30 am. *If your student does not attend Senior Breakfast they must attend their regular classes during the regular school day.   6. GRADUATION Caps & Gowns Cap & Gown Distribution will be May 28, 2019. Cap & Gown and ticket distribution will be immediately after Graduation practice (5/28/19) in the Staff Cafeteria. Caps & Gowns will be available for $50.00 CASH ONLY on this day and proper sizing is not guaranteed. Students WILL NOT RECEIVE their Cap & Gown or Graduation tickets if FEES & FINES have not been cleared.

  7. GRADUATION (CONTINUED) Cap Decorations This year, all seniors can decorate their graduation cap. However, ALL must follow dress code guidelines. If dress code guidelines are not met, the cap will be confiscated on graduation day and students will be given another cap.

  8. GRADUATION (CONTINUED) Graduation Practice Graduation practice will be on May 28 th at 7:00 a.m. in the Stadium. Graduation practice is MANDATORY for all graduating Seniors who plan to participate in the graduation ceremony. Students must be on time! If students do not attend Graduation practice, they WILL NOT be able to walk at Graduation.

GRADUATION (CONTINUED) Graduation Ceremony Time, Location, Tickets & Parking The graduation ceremony will be held at Fullerton Joint Union High School Stadium on Wednesday, May 29 th at 7:00 p.m. Students must arrive at 5:30. Please park at Fullerton College. Each student will receive eight (8) guest tickets for the ceremony (only eight (8) tickets can be given due to limited seating). Tickets will be given to students only. Tickets will NOT be distributed to anyone else. Ceremony tickets will be distributed after Graduation practice with the cap and gown. Please note: due to fire regulations ALL attendees, including children and infants, require a ticket. Regalia Only school issued and approved tassels, honor stoles, medallions, etc. may be worn. Students may not wear any regalia that was not issued by the school. Students NOT dressed appropriately will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

  10. GRADUATION (CONTINUED) Dress Code Students NOT dressed appropriately will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony. Items not allowed include (but are not limited to): ● High heels ● Bare feet ● Inappropriate caps or gowns ● Floral Leis and any other accessories not school-issued ● Cell phones ● Cameras/video games ● Purses ● Make-up/cosmetics ● Air horns, balloons, confetti, noise makers, etc. ● Food and drinks and gum

  11. GRADUATION (CONTINUED) Graduate Conduct & Prohibited Items All graduating seniors will be checked for inappropriate items at the stadium entrance. If any items are found, they will be taken away and depending on the items students may be asked to leave. School officials will remove any student who distracts from the dignity of the ceremony. Any student under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony and will be arrested. Arrival Time The procession will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Seniors are required to arrive at 5:30 p.m . Seniors must meet at the basketball courts. If they are late you will NOT be allowed to participate in the ceremony.

GRADUATION (CONTINUED) Graduation Ceremony (Guest Information) In order to make this a pleasant event for all guests, please be aware that you may not bring any noise makers, confetti, poppers, air horns, balloons, signs, posters, fatheads, or other disruptive items to the Graduation Ceremony. Additionally, strollers are not allowed. Please leave these items at home. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  14. GRADUATION SEATING Handicap Seating The stadium is able to accommodate handicap seating on both the Home as well as the Visitor side of the stadium. Therefore, there will be NO RESERVED SEATING on the field. Please arrive early as there is limited handicap parking at FUHS.

  15. GRADUATION PARKING General Parking General Parking will be available at Fullerton College. Parking at the college will be free. Fullerton College is the only location available for parking.

  16. GRADUATION PARKING Handicap Parking Handicap Parking will be available on campus in the parking lots located off Lemon Street.

  17. GRADUATION PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO FIELD ACCESS once Graduation is done. You can meet your graduate in the Quad on campus.

  18. DIPLOMAS AND TRANSCRIPTS Diplomas & Transcripts Diplomas will be distributed on Thursday, May 30 th in the Career Center from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. For transcripts, please have your student see Mrs. Hernandez in the Administration Office and provide her with the college they’ve chosen to send transcripts to.
